Dwidayatour is a travel agency brand under PT Dwidaya World Wide that was established on July 19^th, 1967. It has now more than 90 branch offices in most of the major cities in Indonesia,
and one of them in Tangerang that we was visiting is at Supermal Karawaci. Meanwhile, the Management Office Building of PT Dwidaya World Wide is located at Jl. Hayam Wuruk No. 121 Mangga Besar, Jakarta Barat 11180.

B. Product and Services

Dwidayatour’s products and services as mentioned on its official site are:

1. Air Ticketing Services, reserve both international and domestic airline tickets.
2. Domestic, International, and Cruise Tour Packages.
3. Corporate Travel Services

6. MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events)
7. Airport Assistance, cooperate with insurance providers in order to protect the customers’ trips (both business and/or leisure) by request. They provide two sort of insurance: In-Flight (during the flights only) and Business Travel Insurance.
8. Travel Insurance. It is not the same “insurance” as mentioned before. Travel Insurance is sort of Dwidayatour’s responsibility that backs a company’s business trip during their flights, includes: Check-in assistance, Meet&Greet at the airport, baggage handling and Quick pass through immigration and customs.
9. Foreign Exchange services by its subsidiary Dwidayaforex (PT Dwidaya Forex), an authorized money changer.

Those three brochures are all for domestic tours. The packages are due to how many days we are going to travel, from 1 day until 7 days. The 5D3N, for example, means it is a trip for 5 days with 3 nights accommodation (making rooms or places where we will stay). The packages always include return tickets for Garuda Indonesia Airways flights, accommodations, return airport transfers, and meals and tours as program (scheduled). The tour leader is only for group travel, which consists of more than 10 people, since the mini group on the second brochure means 10 tourists in it.
